VALUATION MANAGER
The Valuation Manager will be responsible
for the planning, management, and execution of all aspects of the firm's
business valuation engagements. The Valuation Manager will also mentor,
train, and supervise the engagement team members, ensure valuation
reports are completed in compliance with valuation standards, stay
current on valuation issues, play an active role in new business
development initiatives, learn and apply forensic skills, and maintain
client and attorney relationships.
To receive consideration for this
opportunity, candidates must possess:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or
Finance.

CPA and a certification in a
valuation/appraisal field such as a CVA, ABV, CBA, or ASA.

5+ years of valuation experience from
within a public accounting and/or consulting firm.

Proven engagement management experience.

Experience with financial modeling,
damage calculation and evaluation, forensic accounting, business
interruption analysis, IP valuation/litigation and business valuation.

Strong understanding of corporate and
personal income tax laws.

Exceptional analytical, communication
and leadership skills.
-
Ability to multitask across several
engagements, employ effective time management skills, and meet
deadlines.

Aptitude for report writing and
reviewing.

Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
