Focus
Steven Maund has been a licensed certified public accountant since 1996.
He provides accounting, tax, and consulting services for closely-held
business owners of retail establishments, professional service companies,
restaurants, and manufacturing and distribution companies.
In addition to providing traditional accounting services, Steven
specializes in the areas of business valuation and litigation support.
He has completed valuations on retail businesses, professional practices,
manufacturers and distributors, and professional service companies for
divorce engagements, gift and estate taxes, buy-sell agreements, and
commercial litigation. Steven has provided expert testimony
pertaining to valuations and litigation support in both New Jersey and
Pennsylvania.
Education
Steven earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Lycoming
College, Williamsport, Pa., graduating Cum Laude in 1994. He
completes a minimum of 40 credit hours per year in continuing professional
education programs in the subject areas of accounting and auditing,
taxation, management advisory services, business valuations, ethics, and
other.

A
Certified Public Accountant, Steven is licensed in both the Commonwealth
of Pennsylvania and the State of New Jersey. He is a member of the American
Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Pennsylvania
Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA), and the New Jersey
Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJSCPA). Steven received his
Accreditation in Business Valuations (ABV) from the AICPA in November 1998.
